Bug: Uploading a screenshot will upload it also to the background issue

I am not sure if this is already known or solved on recent non released versions.

The steps are:

Navigate to one jira issue
Go to another page
Click on create issue to open the modal create issue
Fill some information
Navigate to the previous page (it happened to me by mistake with the mac trackpad gesture). The modal will continue to be opened and the previous visited issue on the background
On the description paste an image (I use to copy paste the screenshots)
The image will be pasted on the description and uploaded to the background issue too

I know this is not a typical case but I wanted to report it in case you want to fix it

This happened on a cloud instance so it should be the latest jira version
