Bug: Epic panel in the Backlog is flickering.

When I open the epics panel in the Backlog, the epic panel is scrolling up and down by itself and is flickering.

Do you know how can I stop the flickering?

If you're at 100% zoom and it's still doing it in Incognito mode, Atlassian likely pushed a "broken" CSS update to your specific site. It happens. In that case, I’d suggest opening a ticket at support.atlassian.com and mentioning the specific browser version you’re on.
