Bubble chart on JIRA Software server instances

We've recently migrated a few cloud instances of JIRA over to an enterprise server instance. A few users have complained that the Bubble Chart dashboard gadget is not available on the server instance.

Has anyone managed to produce something similar in server instances?

Looks like it was added sometime around 7.1 (available in 7.1.2)
