Hello, we are attempting to use the bubble chart for reporting in Jira. However the bubble chart that charts tickets comments to days open doesn't seem to be accurate. There have been tickets that were closed after 3 days but the chart is saying its been open for 42 days. and that's just and example. Is there a resolution for this problem or is it a bug being worked?
