I cannot login to Jiri because it states my browser doesn't work. I logged in about 20 minutes ago, I thought, on MicrosoftEdge and ended up having to answer several questions including which URL I'm using. My colleague did not have to answer when he logged in after me. So why am I having so much trouble getting into Jiri?
I need to be able to use Jiri if this is where we have to go for answers regarding the new Compass set up, Guideon Taylor forms, etc.
Please advise what I need to do to make this a smooth transition.
Hi @10/11/1949 , welcome to the Community. I'm really unsure what problems you are experiences based on your post. Can you try this on a different browser? Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
