The feature has been broken two days straight; is reports working for you?
Sorry to hear about this problem, I understand there is a 500 error when trying to run this report. I have not been able to reproduce this so far, nor have I come across prior reports of this behavior.
In order for us to investigate this further, I have created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-879586
Please login at that page and approve data access so that our support team can investigate this further.
Regards,
Andy
1. With what type of project are you working? Is it a Software project or Business/Work Management project project?
This is a very simple, very basic, very elementary level, software project that I successfully ran reports on for 9+months until yesterday when the feature broke an hasn't worked since. Should I be surprised that Jira software would malfunction on such a basic simple configuration?
2. Is it a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left. Team-managed business; it's the only Jira Software project I have.

Thank you for that additional information @Gina Garrett
I can confirm that I am getting the same error in my Free instance for the Time Tracking Report in a Team Managed Business/Work Management project.
I don't get the error in a Company Managed Business/Work Management project.

Another user has reported the same error on the same report, but hasn't yet confirmed that it is a Team managed Work Management project.

Time Tracker is the only consistenly broken feature; all other report features work w/o incident.
How did this suddenly become an issue for only two users?
How is this happening on such a simple/basic project?
Is there any log record in the system of past successful reports?

It is not only 2 users. I have seen a total of 4 users post about this in the community so far.
Other users who have seen the problem on a paid subscription may have opened an Atlassian support case rather than post in the community.
I don't have answers to your other two questions.
You may be able to get more information through the support case that @Andy Heinzer opened on your behalf.

Four users total? Still bizarre. Yes, I commented on @Andy Heinzer tix. I optimistic he can run the report and trash the project since it's been inaccessible almost a week now. Although, for an issue this minor, it's beginning to appear that I should search for another incident tracking platform.
Odd that this happened after almost a year using the platform. Do you know how long the other users were using Time Tracker before it broke?

Atlassian is releasing updates for the Cloud products on a weekly basis. It is possible that an element in the weekly updates caused the problem. And there could be many other users having the problem who have not posted about it on the community.
Since I don't know the root cause of the problem I can't speculate on how may Cloud instances might have been affected.

It's either four users or four projects. However you slice it, the feature has been broken some time now. I'm searching for a new product.
