Broken Print-Stylesheet - When trying to print Kanban cards

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Dear community, when I try to print a card on our customer's Kanban Board via right click and "print selected cards" the result is as attached - the Print-Stylesheet seems to be broken. When trying the same on my local Jira, printing works fine. Any ideas where to fix that issue? Best, Zed
