Broken Menu when creating Issue in backlog in a custom issue type icon scenario

Hi. 

Recently I've used the custom icon function in the issue types definitions, and when I tried to create some issues in backlog, the menu to select the issue type is broken visually. See below:

In other screens the icons is okay. Like this one (Toolbar Create Issue Button Screen):

As I can't see any link to report a bug, I'm opening this topic here.

Have you tried this on a different browser? I wonder if it's browser dependent.

Yes, I've tried. Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox has the same behavior.

odd. and resizing has no effect? I have not seen this.

If you're saying zoom in/out, also doesn't works.

The image uploaded in issuetype config page has 16px x 16px, but the image url in this component (backlog page) is retrieving a 32px x 32px image. 

I think this happens 'cause these specific issue types are using custom images and they're stored as images, while the issue types configured to use default jira icons are a svg file.
