All the user images seen as thumbnails for Assignee are seen as broken images

It looks like we have some avatars working, others are default and some are just broken. I would be interested to know if you've recently completed a migration from server to cloud?
I would start with clearing your browser cache, or simply seeing if others are also impacted by this. Typically, this is something on your local device(s) that causes the avatars to not display properly.
Here is how to clear your cache:
Give that a try and let us know if it resolves the issue.
