Na minha organização trabalhamos com vários quadros(projetos) no Jira, de acordo com suas equipes. Recentemente alguns projetos sumirão, não estão na lixeira, e no log de auditorias não mostra quem excluiu. Não sei como resolver! Quando clico no link do site da esse erro.

Você está trabalhando com Jira Cloud ou Jira Server/Data Center? Se o seu URL for semelhante ao seguinte, você está trabalhando com o Jira Cloud:

https://<sua empresa>.atlassian.net

Qual é o seu nível de acesso ao sistema? Você é um administrador de projeto. Você é administrador do Jira?

Se você clicar no botão da mensagem, verá uma lista de projetos? Não há nenhum projeto ou alguns projetos ainda estão presentes?

Quando foi a última vez que os projetos ausentes foram acessíveis?

Are you working with Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center? If your URL is similar to the following then you are working with Jira Cloud:

https://<your company>.atlassian.net

What is your level of access for the system? Are you a Project Administrator. Are you a Jira Administrator?

If you click on the button in the message do you see a list of projects? Are there no projects at all or are some projects still present?

When was the last time the missing projects where accessible?

Boards are gone

In my organization we work with several boards (projects) in Jira, according to their teams. Recently some projects have disappeared, they are not in the trash, and the audit log does not show who deleted them. I don't know how to solve it! When I click on the website link I get this error.

This project is not available

It may have been deleted or its permissions may have been changed
