Board shows two Transitions but Workflow only has one

Every time I want to switch from one status to the other, I get 2 transitions displayed.
However, I have only inserted one transition and named it. If I remove the named transition, there is no longer a transition from one status to the other.

this only happens if i give the transition a description that should be displayed

This is not due to the additional transition "all", which I added later and restricted for admins.

From the pictures that I see, for the To Deploy you have the transition of All, which allows to insert to deploy from any other status.

To solve this you would need to uncheck the "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" from your workflow:

I added this as an extra transition for admins to move the Cards without any limitation. These transitions are invisible for normal users and they cant perform them. Used JSU for that. But the issue i was refering to is still there even when i delete the "all transition".

I see, have you removed all "all transition"?

Just the one refering to the 2 status. But if i access jira as a regular user i cant perfom the transition. but im able to bypass the transition i created on my own. 

I added a Mask which reminds users to track their times, if they pull the card to the lower one they dont have to track their times...
