Board in a Team-managed project vs Company-managed project

Hello

I'm using both Team-managed project and Company-managed project.

In Company-managed project, you can configure your board  to have the card in color (for instance in red when the due date is over).

I didn't see this option in a team-managed project. Do you have any ideas on how I could track my tickets that are passed their due date in a team-managed project ?

Thanks for your help

Hi Corinne,

While Company-managed projects let you customise card colours based on due dates, Team-managed projects have a more streamlined approach (with one small configuration step):

Team-managed Projects and Due Dates:

  1. Enable the Due Date (system) Field:

    • Go to your Team-managed project settings.
    • Navigate to "Issue types" and select the issue type you're using.
    • Add the "Due Date" field to the issue type.
  2. Due Dates on Cards:

    • Once you've added the field, any new issues you create with a due date will display it directly on the cards in your board view.
    • Smart Overdue Indicator: The due date itself will turn red when it's surpassed, providing a clear visual cue. (See the screenshot below!)

Hope this helps!
