Board filtering by users collected from multiple fields

Hi,

I have a situation on my current project, and I would need some guidance/advice for this case.

We have two separate fields for users. One is "Assignee" where is listed the name of the DEV that implemented/ fixed a ticket, and the other one is "QA Assignee" where we add the QA person that will test/validate that ticket.

On the board we have the possibility to filter by user, but in this case the search is performed only on Assignee field. So, if we are searching by a QA user we won't see the tickets he has in progress because the Assignee field has the dev's name.

Is there a way we could see the QA's tickets on the board when filtering by its name without changing the Assignee field?

As an info, QA Assignee field is an input field. We are not selecting from a picker, we have to manually introduce the name of the user.

Hello,

You can add quick filters to filter on any field you want (board settings -> quick filters)
