Board filter

I have fileter on my board in proect "Choose how long completed issues stay on your board." Currently it's "2 weeks" But some tasks that I marked "Done" one or more monthe ago, still wisible on the board. What can I do for this?

This configuration considers the issue status (Done) and the last time the issues were updated. So lets say an issue was moved to Done status in Feb 2025, but some details were updated last week, it will still show up on the board.

Issues that have been in the Done status for more than 2 weeks and not been updated in the last 2 weeks will be removed from the board.

If required, you can restrict users from editing the issues once they reach the Done status using the workflow properties. You need to add a Status property as outlined in this document: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/
