Board and backlog content pane is blank on Chrome, but works on incognito window

I've seen some cases where extensions on the browser can cause issues on Jira. 

Since it's working on an incognito window, can you please disable the extensions on chrome and test again? Then, you can enable one extension and test again and so on until you find the add-on that may cause the issue.

Is it working on other browsers?

If even disabling all extensions it doesn't work, please, open the developer tools to check if it shows any error and send us a screenshot (just make sure to hide private information).
