Next-Gen Project renders blank screen in views Boards AND Roadmap.
Message: " Somethings's gone wrong. Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support. "
Console: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()"
This problem has remained for a four weeks. (According to communication with Atlassian, "Atlassian Support" refers to Community).
IS this caused by a setting? Anyone knows how to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out, but in this case we will need to get you in touch with our Cloud support team to review the instance logging to investigate further.
I see you already attempted to contact the CA team in regards to this matter, but there was some confusion in regards to the free tire licensing on the instance, which usually means community support only, but as noted above this case will require some additional log review to take any action.
To get started I created a New Support request on your behalf at the following link and escalated it to the appropriate channels so we can move forward on investigating.
You will need to access the request and grant permissions for support team to access the logging as the next step:

I'm facing the same problem, how i can fix it? In my case is the project that we use every day to fix the business tickets that we recieve to IT.
