Hey. We had difficulties with installing Jira on the server, but the second time we did it. Our license is already tied to the server, which we tried to create the first time. But now the ID of our server has changed and we can not bind a license to it.
Can I change the server ID again on our license?

what is your license for, Jira Software or Jira Core ? you might want to look exactly at the license title on your Atlassian account and check what software you have installed on your server.
