I guess it should be stated on the bill what the bill is for (which app is billed) 👀
You could also navigate to admin.atlassian.com > Billing and check which app is on what plan and how many users you have for a specific entity. Next to it, there should be a price estimate so you can decide how to proceed.
Note that most apps cannot have more than a couple of users (for Jira and Confluence, that's 10) > meaning, if you have more than a specific number of active users, the plan will automatically be upgraded to a paid one.
