Dear Support,
my team uses the Jira Software appllication and we are very satisfied. However , we keep receiving billing requests. Is not JIRA Software available for free? A possible reason behind thsi could be that we have added 11 active users instead of 10. If we remove one of tehm, will we stop receiving billing requests?

Hi @Margarita_Papadaki if you hit 11 users, then I would agree you've went over the threshold for the free license and have been moved to the standard license pricing. It's my understanding that if you inactivate one of those users, you can go back to the free plan.
We were in a similar situation when we first started on the cloud.
