Good morning, we no longer have access to the email account associated with the billing administrator user. How can we transfer this access to another user?
Hi @Malu Sales I would suggest contacting Atlassian Support and choose the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option. Atlassian will probably need to ask you some questions to verify the account, but then they should be able to assist you further.
We're a user community, and aren't able to assist you with billing issues.
