Billing Question, switching to yearly plan

Hi,

I´ve ordered Jira/Confluence and paid for the first month. After the transaction completed I noticed that there´s a yearly plan and switched to yearly subscription. So I have paid twice, the first month and the first year at the same time. Is it possible to cancel the transaction for the first month?
