Billing Admin

I have been waiting for some time for this role to be allocated to me 

Your request has already been sent

We’ll let you know once it’s approved.

It has been in this state for over 2 weeks I am unable to speak to anyone and the true billing admin is on annual leave 

how do I get access to my invoices

Since you are on a Free subscription, I will see if someone from Atlassian can come help you create a support ticket.

Hi @Yusuf Ahmed ,

You can open a support ticket under "Billing, payments and pricing" with Atlassian support. They should be able to provide assistance.
