Bigpicture - error in atlassian-jira.log

Hi everyone!

Recently I got an repeating error in my atlassian-jira.log. Here it is:

When I had tried to get help from vendor support (We bought BigPicture license for 3000 users), they replied me with this:

Please be informed that Appfire has suspended support services to customers in Russia and Belarus

And now I can't get help from vendor even I had bought plugin. So I'm alone with my problem. Had anyone same error with Bigpicture? If so, how did you resolve this error?
