BigGantt does not work

Hi all,

yesteraday I asked the admin of our Jira to install for 30 days free trial the app BigGantt. He successfully installed it and it appears both in Apps drilldown and in the left side of the Porject page as shortcut.

The problem is that when I open BigGantt (by clicking on the icon) noth happens: I just see a white screen where I cannot do anything.

It is possible that your Administrator needs to configure additional permissions before you can actually go to work. Let him/her read through the app documentation to ensure that no configuration steps have been forgotten.

If that does not solve the issue, you may best reach out to the app vendor directly for support. Contact details can be found on the app's marketplace listing page.
