Big picture warning

Every time that I enter to a project Gantt in BigPicture I get this message:

what I need to do to solve this warning

@Yoav Lazar This looks like a permissions issue.  I would suggest submitting an issue to the vender that owns that app - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213016/biggantt-gantt-chart-for-jira?tab=support&hosting=cloud
