As Nic mentioned, it's easy to implement it if you're just looking to install it.

In order to get your organization on-board and using Big Picture effectively, that is much more difficult.

Big Picture relies on good data from Jira and so you need to make sure you have structure in place to allow for that.

Yes, Big Picture is a simple "install it and start using it" implementation.

You don't need any skills to use it beyond general knowledge of how to use a computer, and some understanding of how your organisation is organising the issues in Jira and hence Big Picture.
