Better Identification when JIRA Plan Format Has Changed

There needs to be a better; more clear; "FLASHING RED LIGHT" indicator that I have changed my JIRA Plan and ask me to Save the changes.  The "Disk" icon that currently displays for the indicator is insufficient!!!

It's TOO SMALL and blends into the screen background.  Help Idiot proof this valuable tool!!

If you'd like this to be considered by the product team, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support and sharing your feedback. If they determine it's a product enhancement, they can direct you to the appropriate feature request or create one if needed.
