Best and clean way to move a JIRA project from a JIRA software site to another JIRA software site

Hi,

We have 2 active JIRA software sites and we need to move an existing JIRA project with its all sprints/Epics/Stories/Issues/sub-tasks/attachments from one of our JIRA software sites to the other active JIRA Software site. So what is the best and clean way to do so smoothly?
