Hey everyone,
I’m curious to know what project management tools you all recommend for the construction industry. There are so many options out there like Procore, Buildertrend, and CoConstruct, but I’d love to hear real feedback from people who’ve actually used them.
I’ve been managing a few mid-sized residential and commercial projects recently, and keeping everything on track (scheduling, budgeting, and team collaboration) is always a challenge. Right now, I’m exploring solutions that can integrate cost control features as well because that’s a big deal for me.
Also, if anyone here uses additional services like construction cost estimating services, do you find it helpful to pair those with software tools, or does software alone handle most of the work for you?
Would really appreciate your thoughts and recommendations. Which tools have saved you the most time and headaches?
