Hello Community,

i am currently trying to migrate from Jira Server to Jira Cloud.

For that i followed the Pre-Migration Checklist and went with the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.

https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/jira-pre-migration-checklist/

https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate/

It mostly worked well, user and Projects were imported but part of the Attachments weren´t. Seemingly only image- and text-files were migrated.

Seeing that, i tried to use the Site import to overwrite the migration. I think i made some mistakes there but no matter what i did, nothing changed.

At last i deleted one of the Projects and tried to re migrate it with the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant again. This time only an empty Project was migrated, again  i wanted to use the Site Import to overwrite it.

Here i am running into Issues, probably because i deleted a Project, the Cloud Backup now is outdated because of that i am not allowed to import any Data through the Site import only Media files. but i can´t make a new Jira Cloud Backup since i just recently did one (before i deleted the Project for re-migration).

My question is, is it possibly to somehow turn off the need to do an Backup to use the Data Import of the Jira Site import?

I don´t really care for the Data in the Cloud as it is broken to begin with (the Attachment issue) and it is currently not beeing used anyway. But would a Cloud Reset also reset the Backup timer?
