Backup archive is corrupted

A backup file was downloaded twice. WinRAR says the archive is corrupted. Repair button doesn't help. *.xml file size in archive's description is 0 bytes. *.zip size 123MB.

Hello,

I ve had the same problem. Since two days ago. I can not download backups well. Sometimes download fails. But if I download an archive,  the archive is corrupted. I opened a ticket in Atlassian, but no answer so far.

Also I noticed that it depends on the size of the archive.

Hello Alexey,

I've allready tried to download another project's backup - 1GB. 100% the same problem: sometimes download fails. But if I download an archive, the archive is corrupted.

Can I ask you to to keep me in touch?

@Vladimir Berezovski I was able to download the backup today. Atlassian did not respond.

Could you try to download again?
