Backlog

Hello! Tell me, please, how to return tasks to the Agile board after they are closed (section "Backlog")? Some tasks after the closure remains on this board, some disappear, because of this you have to find them in the "issues" section. Thank you!

Your board and backlog are a view of issues, not a container.  The message you are seeing here is telling you that the issue does not match the rules that the boards have for what they select.

Go look at the board filters, that tells you what issues will be on your board and in your backlog.   Then check the board column definition.

You will find that your issue does not match the filter you have for the board (my best guess is that you've used "status" in the filter somewhere, so when an issue is closed, it is no longer included on the board)
