Backlog not visible in the board

Hi Team,

In my Jira, Project A is not showing the backlog. All the current sprints with their tickets are not visible. Not able to give access to the people..

Can you share us in detail, what is the error you are encountering while accessing the backlog?

What type of Space does this concern? Click the ... button next to the Space name in the panel on the left and tell us what the last two lines in the pop up say.

Can you provide a screen image of what you can see for the Space?

What steps are you following to grant the users access? Are they already licensed users of Jira? Do they already have access to the project?

Can other people view the backlog and sprints?

None of the team members can view the backlog

What happens when they try? Can you provide a screen image of what you see and one of what they see?

Thank you for that additional screen image. That is helpful.

Notice the tab on the right labeled More (5)? Have them click on that to see if the Board and Backlog are among the five tabs which can't be shown due to the size of the screen.

Do you mean you checked under the More(5) tab and don't see it there? Can you provide a screen image of what displays when the More tab is clicked?

Can you provide a screen image for somebody who can see the Board and Backlog tabs?
