Since this morning it seems all users have their site access revoked, except for Admin.
Did something changed? We payed our bill normally, this is very strange.

It was a bug, I contacted Atlassian support and they fixed the problem, apparently it was a problem related to GSync, but it was not very clear...

pulling the discussion back into this thread...
Either an admin has done this or there is some 'bug'. If you are sure that it was not manually done even inadvertently then I would suggest you contact Atlassian Support so they can log into your instance and look at the logs. In Cloud you don't have the means to do this yourself.
