I created a rule that after a certain event generates a ticket with the information of the trigger ticket, the rule actually generates the tickets but the data is not reported: it is the reporter.
I created the rule in one instance and everything was fine then I exported it to another and the problem with the reporter started.
thanks

What is the behavior you are seeing?
Thanks,

@Kian Stack Mumo Systems the reporter field takes the value Automation jira but I want it to take the same value as that of the triggering ticket...

Can you show your current rule configuration, please?

Hmm, everything in there looks okay. Is it properly resolving the Epic as your trigger issue?
Thanks,
Kian

@Kian Stack Mumo Systems Yes the tickets are generated without the problem it's just that the reporter is not copied instead of the Epic reporter it takes earlier "Automation Jira" then it is she who created the tickets in question which was not the case in the test instance where all the data was copied

Hmm, that is very odd. I'm not sure what the issue would be.
