The issue persist when you file a ticket for service request with approval.
Once you file a ticket, the autoreply automatically sends out
This request created by Name is awaiting approval.
Request has been approved.
Even though it has not been approved yet. FYI, the autoreply under customer notifications setting when a request is created does not have a sentence "Request has been approved"
Is this a bug or are we missing out something on the workflow or such?
