Automation

I created a board in JWM to used when certificates to other products are going to expire. I would like to setup a automated email to notify me when they are about to expire within 2 weeks. I am not seeing anything that will let me set this up. Also, each cert will expire at different days, just hope that I don't need to make a bunch of different notification emails.

So, are you looking at each issue as a certificate...

and you use Due Date as the date of expiration for the certificate.

Create an automation with the following parameters:

Trigger: Scheduled (daily at a specified time) and run the following JQL:

due date <= 2w

Action: Send email notification

I will give it a go and let you know how it goes.

Thanks.
