Hello

I would like to set up an automation which automatically sets a keyword when there is a certain text in the summary.

For example:
"Landscape Germany" then the keyword "DE" should be set. Do I have to set this in quotation or without?

I would say try it without the quotes. If it doesn't work, then add the quotes and try again. :-)
