Automation update on different project
Hi. I am new to Jira Attlassian, and I was wondering, is it possible to make an automation rules form one child issue to another child issue which exists in different project?
For the example, currently I have 5 projects
I want to move all my items on each project to "CFA's all project (CAP)", include the child issues. So I can get a visualization on the timeline for all my projects. I've tried to clone one of my item (module FEED) and move it to CAP, now it looks like this.
I want to make it, when I update the status (ex: from "to do" to "on progress") on one of the child issue on one project (ex. on Modul Feed on VWS project), the same child issue on the other project updated too automatically.
Is it possible to make that? And if possible, can someone guide me to make the automation rules?
FYI currently I'm using the free version of Jira.
