Automation rule not triggered for Submitted/Total/Locked/Open forms Field value changed rule

Hello All,

I'm trying to get the automation run when any of the below field value changed, but seems like it wont trigger the automation. I have tried with Single Project Scope and Multiple Project Scope but both didn't work. 

I know there is When forms submitted trigger rule but it only work for single project. I am looking for one rule that work for all  project.

Hi @aziera.zaabar , thanks for your question.

The general rule that I have for Automation is that you have to walk before you can run, in the sense that, I would try to build the rule up, testing one field at a time, instead of putting all of the fields in the trigger at the same time. Have you verified for example that all of the projects in your scope are using forms? It is not necessarily the case in every project.

I would leave this rule alone, create another one, monitoring one field, test, then add another field and test to see what works and what doesn't. If you need more help, please post here the audit log and provide more details about what you have tried and what the outcome was.
