I have a question which is not clear for me:

For example, we now have a “plan” and “project” in which we have tickets/issues. When an issue is assigned to an user in a “project” I would like to that the person also gets that issue in the “plan” automatically.

So imagine if me “Adrine” gets an issue assigned to her name in the “plan” then I also would like to get that issue in the “project”.

I would like to hear how we can automate it with the exact steps and what the tips are.

The corresponding issues in "plan" and "project" should know about each other. To me, you could express this relation using an issue link "causes" that points from the issue in "plan" to the issue in "project".

Then you should create an automation rule:

  1. trigger on "issue assigned" event in "project"
  2. look up the issue on the other end of the issue link
  3. set the assignee also that

It should work.
