Automation rule - As soon as new version is created a task with checklist is required

I am attempting to create a task based on new versions that should inherit the already configured checklist using JIRA Pro checklist. 

With my automation rule - I am using checklist text as available field however a task is created without checklist being added to it

For a question like this, please post an image of your complete automation rule, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected. Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas. Thanks!

As you are using a marketplace addon for checklists, I recommend checking the documentation for that product regarding how to create checklists with automation rules.
