Hi, I would like to know how to build a Rule that is triggered when all other sub-tasks from a specific Story/Task from an active sprint are in a status Resolved/Done?
At the end of each story we need to have a Design review (the sub-task is always named like that), so I would like to have a comment added to the last sub-task (that is still in To do status) or/and a slack message sent to the channel, when all other sub-tasks are Done, that a person who usually does Design Review can start doing that.
Thanks!
Hi Justyna - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Have you started a rule yet? Or are you needing help from scratch?
Hi John! :) Thanks!
Actually, I would need help from scratch as I'm stuck on choosing a correct Trigger..

Sure, start with this and see if it helps guide you. There are lots of resources and webinars to help you learn more about it. It is a very powerful and easy tool.
There are two types of automation:

You can do this via global rules to apply to all projects also. You'll need to be a Jira Admin/Site Admin, go to Jira Settings > System > Automation Rules (left-hand menu).
For more on using Automation For Jira see these help pages.
