Automation options are missing in the Project settings.

I am missing the automation options inside the Project settings. Was there an update where these settings have been deleted accidently? I am administrator for our system but still do not see them anymore. Last month those options were available

As you are on DC, check the apps.

Is the automation app still enabled?

You might need to reboot your instance.

Hi! If Automation options are missing in your project settings, it’s usually because of one of these reasons:

• Permissions – You must be a Project Admin to see automation.
• Jira version – Older Server/Data Center versions may need the Automation for Jira add-on.
• Project type – Team‑managed projects sometimes hide automation; try the global automation page.
• Add-on status – Ensure the automation plugin is enabled under Manage Apps.

If none of these work, check the direct automation URL or contact Atlassian support for help.
