Automation of repetition of several issues

Hi Forum,

I have been looking at the forum but not quite found what I was looking for.

4 times a year we setup the same issues for a large number of our customers. The issues are all the same for every customer, and works like issues to perform quarterly tasks and track time on. Currently we have been cloning issues from a TEST Customer, 8 in total, over and over for each of the customers. But there has to be a smarter way with automation to reduce the number of steps. What would be the best way forward ?

Hi Karyna,

That seems like an idea we could use in other instances, but we need to specify each of the tasks to certain date/time and assignees for internal use. 

It could be setting up a customer that would require the same tasks to be done by several people (in several departments) over and over. Would be perfect if we could initiate a list of task on if needed and simply add time/data and specify the assignees.

That would really help-

Hi Jacob, 

You could create scheduled task creation through automation. You can set the schedule when the tasks should be created. As you want to create 4 times in a year so it should be scheduled to after 3 months.
