Hello,
We set up ticket deletion rules under the "Automation for Jira" plugin.
Now we tried to disable them, but even though the Automation was marked "disabled" at project level, the rules seemed to continue to apply.
Then we disabled the plugin globally, at admin level.
But it seems like the rules to continue to apply and tickets are still being deleted...
How could this be possible?
We then uninstalled the plugin completely (so we thought), but it seems like it continues to appear in the "System Apps"...
Any thoughts on how to ged rid of this completely?
