I created automation what close in Jira one Service Management ticket and create clone into Jira Software project. Now i like to send to user e-mail with new issue link.
How i should set it up?
Seems to be that this way is not working.
Issue between old and new is linked.

Do you use two rules to do that, or you do that in one rule?
Try refetching the issue first, AFTER you create the new task. You will find the re-fetch component on the actions section.
