Automation for JIRA, comment on issue is not working

I created a rule to comment on issue when JQL search returns any issue result.

But the execution failed with the following exception.

Comment on issue

Unexpected error executing rule:com.atlassian.jira.entity.property.EntityPropertyService$PropertyResult.getEntityProperty()Lio/atlassian/fugue/Option;

Has anyone seen this before?

I was told that this was a known bug in version 5, and has been fixed in version 5.0.1 on the day I posted my question.
