I don't get your issue I think.
You add a new issue in a project and it's auto added to an active sprint, is this correct?
Check for any automations running on the project.

to clarify: when I add a ticket, I want to automate that it gets added to the active sprint (last sprint)
"add a ticket" do you mean create an new issue in the project, based on a certain user?
