Hello Team,
we would like to inform our jira service desk customer about an expiring budget.
For example: we have a customer with a budget of 50 hours a month (or $5000 = $100 x 50 hours). Now we would like to be automatically informed by e-Mail if the budget was used up to 70%.
Three developers are working on this project, whose times are to be tracked.
We are using JIRA Tempo and the budget plugin. But we dont know where we can set up this function.
